I bought this kit from Herb's Parts.

Herb's Parts: 1968-1969 DODGE CHARGER ELECTRIC HEADLIGHT DOOR ACTUATOR KIT, B-BODY ENGINE COMPARTMENT, CS305

Mine looks exactly the same as the one from Classic Industries but $100+ cheaper from Herb's.
