Looking for the ground stud that is located in the engine bay next to the brake line y block for a 64 Plymouth Hemi
 
Kramer or Hemi Eddy. Big money for an isolator block you can buy at summit for $10.00.
 
I believe you are describing the terminal or junction block, not a ground stud. The cable from the trunk mount battery connects to the terminal and then a cable goes from the terminal to the starter.
Below is a pic from a 65 A990 but the concept is the same for 64 I believe.
Available as described above.
