emblem fitment

Will a regular V-8 emblem on a 1965 Plymouth be replaced with the Commando V-8 emblem or will that require drilling?

OK. If I secure a pair for my Satellite, will any of the existing holds be used and will the second close hole be covered by the emblem or will it require a body repair?
