What are you using at the tailpipes to run exhaust fumes out the shop/garage?

Is a fan needed to push/suck the fumes out or will the car running be enough to push fumes out?

I’m tired of freezing my but off here in WA with the doors and windows open.

2 x 5" hoses and then a throw a moving quilt over it. The other option is exhaust ports thru the doors.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to grab a boiler combustion air fan that was going to the scrap yard at a school remodel I was running, before pouring the concrete floor in my shop. I ran a system of 4" DWV PVC from each of my 3 main stalls in the shop to the fan in the mechanical room. From the fan out the wall. I had one of the guys at work fab up some covers out of SS diamond plate and placed two inlets near the door od all 3 stalls. It works fabulously!

What type of hose is it that doesn’t burn? Is that some type of high temp rubber?

SCAT hose I stole off our plastic driers when we closed up our factory. 5" slips perfect over tips..
