Fake Hemi Carbs

[Woodruff Carbs]

A customer whom I just restored an AVS for called and said a Hemi fell in his lap, so even though he has a 440 car he couldn’t pass it up. So he says we aren’t trying to fool any one, but he’s looking for the right look. To the untrained eye they are ok.

Hello Dave,
For what i am doing with the Super Bee, these carbs should work just fine for me.

FYI: I ended up finding an original intake for a 71 Hemi and sold the intake shown in the pictures.

I am not looking for points or trophies, just a good looking and strong running car to tool around in on the street a maybe a cruise night here and there.

I am going to change over the choke to manual as soon as I receive the parts from you to do so.

Getting very close to putting the 426 and these carbs on the dyno, I will provide you with the dyno sheet upon completion.

FYI: The carb you built for my 442 W-30 runs fantastic, my stock built 455 Olds W-30 engine made 420 HP and 530 lb./ft. torque on the engine dyno.
