fender patch

Anyone use AMD lower front fender patches for 64-65 Belvedere? The ones that I have are 1/2" wider at the top of the patch than the original. Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you correct it. The holes on mine are towards the rear of the fender. Front areas are good, so I probably will cut and only use rear section. Thanks

Do you have that much rust?dont use all the patch,cut to fit

I had the same problem. I don't know why they say for a 64 65. I cut what I needed also.
