Filler Neck

The filler neck on my 1976 Cordoba is rusted and corroded. Can this corrosion be removed and sealed/treated? It is really bad! Otherwise does anyone know of a source for a NOS/used one? I've found several sources for everything else gas tank related, but none for this part. A part number would be great to help check for NOS.

Thanks, but it looks almost as bad as mine!!!! I think a kit from POR-15 will fix it up.
