Flip down license plate bracket

My 69 Bee had no rear bumper when I got it. I am getting a new rear bumper but have not been able to find the flip down bracket. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one?

Not sure if you need the mounting bases.

I have a 69' Camaro/68-72 Chevelle flip down plate bracket on my Challenger. Up for street and slightly flipped down for the chute on the strip.
