Floor pan wire covers

Can anyone post a pic or guide me to as where the rear wire covers are place on a 69 charger,I know the long ones go from front to rear,n short ones are for the rear.Do they sit flush with the floor pan when folded over or the the rocker lip.

They fold up and sit level with the top of the rocker lip.

Not a great picture and it's a '70 GTX, not a '69 Charger, but maybe this will help. You can kind of see the passenger side cover, this is with the cover open, when it's closed it will sit like BLK 68 R/T said.
