Can anyone tell me if the floor pan from a 64 B Body 4 door HT will transplant into a 63 / 64 - 2 door HT or sedan?

Yes, the front Floorplan will work, no problem. The difference is in the rear footwells, as the 63s are different in length, than the 64 or 65 B body cars. Our member Moparmark here on this site, canshare more information if you should need it.

'63 and '64 Dodge has 119" wheel base as opposed to Plymouth at 116". This 3" difference shows up in the rear footwell area of the floor pan.

Correct. All the 62-65 floor and trunk pans will interchange except the 63-64 Dodge rear footwell pans are longer.
