They don't solder real well when they're full, either. (Post #11, I was not the only one)
Plumbers shouldn't wire.
I am really surprised my meter does not look like that, although I am sure the guy that wired to my house is not the same person that wired my house.
I am not an electrician, but I know when things are not right. Not one of the steel junction boxes in my house were bonded and only about 1/4 of them had covers.
