Im trying to build a frame jig for my 69 Bee, but I cant find dimensions for rear frames...I have found some drawings for 69-70 Bees and I have service manual for that year. But at both drawings there are missing some dimensions at rear frames. When there is a height at some mounting point, a width is missing... And what is interesting, those 2 charts dont correspond to each other. So Im litlle bit confused from this... please, does anybody have those dimensions? Thank you very much

I didn't quite come up with the same dimensions as 521 restorations when I built my own jig. I think they designed theirs around a car instead of just the crash sheet.

My car was so far gone that I had to start from scratch. If your frame rails are still intact I recommend building the base of the jig first and fine tuning the uprights (posts w/pins) to fit your car.

For me I mounted my rear frame rails on the jig and clamped the rear portion at the shackle holes at the J- 16-7/8" height while maintaining the 37-1/4" frame rail outside spacing. I then made some uprights to support the frame rails at the holes with the 35-1/2" center spacing. I think they were something like 13-1/2" tall (don't bet on that number). Then I got rid of the hardware I used to support it at the shackle holes.

Chris, thank you very much for your respond...
We have same opinion about 521 jig...
Actually Im not sure how my frame "looks",
so I would like to make that jig to be sure...
If nobody will know that dimensions I will try to make it like you did. "J " 16 7/8, 37 1/4 frame rail outside spacing and 35 1/2 center spacing. But, I will give a left hand for that rear center hole height :)... One more time thank you...That was my idea if nobody knows the dimensions....Thank you
