All right y’all, back with a request for your recommendations for front shocks.

I have the OEM shocks and their shot to you know what. Street/strip 68 Charger with about 400 hp and the split mono leaf Calvert spring in the back. Will probably see more strip then Street and looking to keep it light on budget. Car will receive a 200 hp upgrade in the next year or two.

What should I be thinking about, thoughts, thanks in advance and let me hear those recommendations.

QA1 adjustables.

If you are budget minded buy a set of Gabriel Red Ryder front shocks.
Basic shock and works well at the strip.
Why ? I was having trouble with red lighting. Was running a set of 90-10's because that is the shock made for drag racing. I had to figure something out. A old racer (older than me) said put stock shocks on it.
So I did,son of a gun it worked for me.Best of both worlds.
This is just a suggestion

I have plain old monroe's on the front of my 68, 90/10 will drive like crap on the street, mine works good for street strip.
