Front shock

I am replacing my passenger front shock in my 66 Charger and it looks like someone installed the lower bolt the wrong direction. Now trying to take it out, it is hitting the front suspension. Any ideas on how to back that out without damaging it or the rest of the front end?

Jack up the car?

Take apart what ever is in the way.

Cut the head off the bolt if you have any access.
