I am installing a 360 FI motor into a 66 B Body and wonder if anyone has info on fuel supply line and do I need a return line? The fuel rail has no return line on it or fuel regulator like some GM s I have owned. Was this done from the fuel tank or what ? I am installing a Holley fuel pump desighned for FI application.

Get a 99 and up corvette filter/regulator. It has the return line on it so you can have the fuel system the way it should be. Check out hotrodlane.cc they can help you out with what you need.

It really depends on what kind of fuel injection system your running. Some are return less and others require it. What are you running? If its a stock magnum set up than you probably will require the return.

Hey thanks for the input from both of you. As I have discovered the 360 Magnum uses regulated voltage from a module which is part of the fuel pump assembly to control fuel pressure to the injectors. And yes GM uses a fuel pressure regulator that operates off the vacuum of the motor. I figure if I want to use the later setup setup I could copy the system plumbing and fuel pressure regulator from my Trans Am. This would require a return line. I also have an inquire to MSD about there inline pump and a filter and module setup from them. I have contacted them through both there tech line and forum but a week has passed and no one has contacted me back. I will be patient and figure that they have many more things going on than me and my magnum. I have gotten as far now as installing the transmission so I keep moving forward. Once again thanks PJ
