Holley mid sump, cast aluminum and comes with everything you need. I am not 100% it fits a 66 but I would think so.

Yeah they have really gone after the G3 Hemi crowd. I know I have given them a fair bit over the last year or so; Terminator X Max controller with VVT harness, mid sump oil pan, mid plate (accessory plate with accessories), and will probably be ordering a 10 micron fuel filter from them as well.
