We are restoring to nearly stock condition a 1971 Charger 426 HEMI in Houston, TX. It is a complete restoration with every part removed, cleaned and now being reassembled. When we got it some years ago, it was already partially disassembled and we had no pictures and many missing parts. We have some disassembly photos, but many areas are not covered. As we put it together using the chassis manual, body manual, online searches, videos, our pictures, etc., we are missing many of the small details. This includes things like clamp placement (was it up or down, which hole did it use, how many clamps, etc.), line routing, brackets and such. For example, we are installing these lines but are not 100% sure how the go and the manuals don't really show it. See the included pic.
Does anyone in the Houston area have a stock(ish) Gen 3 B-Body Charger who would be open to allowing us to take a pictures, etc. probably for a day. We can come to you or you can stop into our shop.
Does anyone have a large collection of images of essentially "everything" we could get? Particularly wheel wells, subframe, fuel line routing and clamps, etc. We can take old photos and digitize them for you too.
Any thoughts are welcome. Thank you.
