Id have to say that having a matching blue top makes you wonder why have the vinyl at all? White top makes it look classy, black top makes it look tougher.

It is '69-'70 B3. Dodge called it Light Blue Met. Plymouth was Ice Blue and Chrysler was Bahama Blue. Color really changes depending on angle of incident sun light. At times it looks B5 or even Petty Blue. Thank you for the comments.

I vote blue for the top. Subtle, different. Maybe a gator grain or a snake grain for some extra character? I'd also pass on the graphics on the quarter - keep it clean.
