Not sure about other states & lottery winners, here in Calif., it's fixed...LOL.... I quit buying any along time ago, especially after spending enough over the years, to buy a new high $$$ luxury car at-least... not a big gambler it's pretty much a waste of time & money with 38 million to 1 odds or higher odds even... I guess 5-6 people won a $$$ million each, with 5 of 6 numbers... I think you have to be Hispanic to actually win don't you ??, that what it seems like here anyway, always someone from LA , named Rodriguez Martinez Hernandez Guadalupe etc., all big winners... sorry not meant to offend any Hispanics, just how it is here...
