I see they have several different models- D450, D452, D453, etc

However, their web site doesn't do the best job explaining the differences unless you call up each of them and look at every line.

Has anyone already done this research and care to share?

On the TTI site, you plug in info and it lists the results with highlights of the application.
This cuts down on a lot of the leg work.

Doug's didn't even return results for my 73 Satellite, other than with a 5.7!!

Thanks in advance.

That is a great question. I did not know there were 3 different variants. I person just bought the D453 version for my 72 this last Friday and they look great. Although I will not know how they fit for quite some time.

Here is just a little I saw on Summit
D450 - $973.97
1-5/8" Primary Tube
2.5" Collector
Silver Ceramic Coated

D452 - $696.97
2" Primary Tube
3.5" collector
Collector reducer exit - 2.5"
Silver Ceramic Coated

D453 - $655.97
1-5/8" Primary Tube
3" Collector
Collector reducer exit - 2.5"
Silver Ceramic Coated

Not sure if this helps much but hopefully it does.

Thanks.

The tube routing is quite a bit different between the three.

I can understand that for 1 5/8 versus 2".

Anyone used them with a "regular" starter?

I see almost all the MFG now say "works with mini starter".

I have about a dozen standard starters in my collection, and I love the iconic sound they make.
