Are the doors of 68-69 B bodies interchangeable between a hardtop and a convertible? Are the vent frames the same?

I think it depends on the year, particularly for the vent frames because the convertible windshield for a 68-70 B convertible has a taller windshield than a hardtop. As a matter of fact, the windshield for a 67 hardtop will fit a 68 convertible but a 68 hardtop windshield is about 2 inches too short. Found that out the hard way back in 1982 when restoring my 68 Coronet vert. The doors themselves may interchange.

Door sheet metal will swap. Most all the internals are different.

68 has the far back interior lock knob location and 69 is about a foot farther ahead on the door. Outside skins are the same. The convertible has a unique vent window frame that is convertible only from 68 - 70. The inside shells are the same (outside the 68 lock location) but the convertibles get the brass wedges that are screwed into place.

Isn't the windshield angle also different between hardtop and convertible for -68 to -70?
