She’s shooting the little squares on the left. They aren’t very far, perhaps ten yards. She’s a good shot. I have somewhere around 15 handguns, she shoots all of them except the big Thompson Center Contenders, but only because they are too heavy with the 14 inch barrel. The rifle beside her in the one photo is her hunting rifle.

She shot the doe at age 14, the moose at 15. Now that she’s in med school during hunting season she doesn’t get to hunt but we still shoot a lot. Like thousands of rounds in our short summer.
