Have to click Privacy and Transp every time.

Whenever i visit the forum or stay on the forum and go to different threads.....then every time I click on something the cookie settings window pops up.
I have tried to save the settings, clear cookies in browser, but no?

All I get are those little blue squares where images or avatars use to be when using Safari... started last week. Works with Chrome, but not Safari.
