With sealant. And don't use Indian Head unless you never want it to come back out. Now let me see, what sealant is good for coolant or liquids? How about some pipe thread sealant or some silicone. Let it set up before you pour the coolant back in.
Yep, you'll have to drain the coolant and then use sealer. (Gotta be dry, for the sealer to work. )
I used some permatex specially for exhaust manifold/header bolts, got it from auto zone. I dont remember the name.
I pulled all of mine out and sealed them, one at a time of course.
