heater fan color 73 RR

I am repainting my engine compartment on my 73 RR.

Is the heater box fan that protrudes into the engine compartment body color or left a black color ?

Natural. Whatever the fan motor housing was; yellow zinc, or clear zinc (silver), that is how it was.

As 69bee said, it was natural, mine was clear zinc (silver), but had some corrosion so I just ended up painting it silver, I think it looks ok. Heres a pic showing it.
