Help Identify Dodge "Red Letter" hubcap

I need help identifying this Dodge hubcap. It is red block letters on plain background, nice paint. Is it car or truck? I can't find a reference for it, Thanks in advance.

Not sure, but I think my Dad's 54 Dodge pickup had a similar cap when I was a kid. (Long time ago)

I think the Dodge ones go on a 50's truck, here is a friends truck for reference. His is a '55, not really a good picture but it's all I got......
