Help Satellite Dash pad

Ok guys I need the 66 67 guru’s to help me out here. Can you remove the upper dash pad in the car with the dash in place? Any tricks or help greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Need to unbolt steering column from bottom of dash. Think 4 screws And two nuts. Just lower steering column, to get speedo out. Don't unbolt floor piece. Remove speedo and glove box liner. That should do. I bought one from a guy went to work parking lot with my cracked one out of car already. Removed his put mine in less than 2 hours.
