Help!! Transmission leaking from selector shaft

I have a 727 trans and it is leaking from the selector shaft what is the best way to fix this problem any advice or pics will really help.

You may want to drain the fluid first.

pretty common problem on the 727's they make a special tool to instal the new one they have them on ebay about $10.00 with shipping , There is also an inner seal that is inside the valve body does take some mech. know how to do that but is not impossible . You may consider installing a deeper Trans pan with a drain plug Mancini Racing has these about $50-60
