Trying to figure out if this is a legit B-Body hemi Automatic Transmission Cooler...what do you guys think? If so what year?

Back to the point at hand, yes it looks just like the one on my 67. That small bracket looks correct also. The short curled line with fittings on one end goes down at the radiator. Someone saved some goodies.
