Snakeyes,
Get better!
Holy cow, bad news man.
I send you and family well wishes for a healthy New Year!
keep us posted

Damn Dale that's scary, stay away from the Blue Forum for awhile, hoping for a speedy recovery.

Thank goodness you're still here to tell us about it.

Take care of yourself & follow the doctor's orders.

I'm interested in hearing about what happened. I'm always ignoring my aches and pains, but this is scary. Best wishes for a quick and full recovery!

Damn take care man will be praying for you

A longtime friend came to me one day to tell me about a huge pain in his chest after trying to jog around the block.
I said to him---You and I both know we are talking about a heart attack. He said maybe but the pain went away and I feel fine now.
A few months later he had the pain again while working alone in his shop. He called 911 but was unable to identify his location.
It took 30 min. for the EMTs to find him. 30 min. was too long.
RIP my good friend Bob.

Like RC said--listen to the doctors. A life change may be needed to keep the life going.

Wow! Not to be too hard on you in your time of healing - never drive yourself to the hospital. You could have bit the dust in that short drive. Call 911. They give you nitro and pain meds right away. I had one a few years back - the widow maker - as they call it. Left arterial descending.

Glad you made it through - we need your sage advice and contributions on this site. Not to mention your family needs you for everything. Like said above -listen to the doctors. Rest!

some of us get lucky and last long enough to get fixed...... glad to hear you are one of the lucky ones

Damn, helluva way to end 2017. Get well ‘snake’.

It's good to hear you're in the best environment for what you're going through. I'm sure the hospital staff will take real good care of you and have you back here again soon. Rest up and get better soon.

Hope you are getting the care you need and can recover fully. As others have said, listen to the Doctor and make the changes you need to stay heart strong.
