Looks like they "fry" the chicken in pressure cookers... I worked for KFC in '68 and they used the same method. I actually invented "extra crispy", the boss called it burnt and threw it out!!!! After our shift we would put all the left over chicken in those card board buckets and go around town to all the hang outs and sell it, still hot. That was our "beer" money. LOL...Good times!!!
 
That's great!! New Jersey hads Chicken Holiday. In the mid 80's my friend Timmy delivered for them. They had a Ford Ranger with a huge chicken bucket in the back with a chicken popping out the top. On weekends, we would unbolt the bucket and use the chicken truck to load our dirt bikes into and go riding. Great memories!!
