how old are these tires?

I found these tires and rims to buy from a guy on craigslist. My question is these tires look fairly old. Does anyone know anything about them?

There is a "Date-Stamp" on every tire made...

Just research "Tires" and Tire Date code...

Should have a date code near rim edge on tire. If does first letters show mfg. Plant Mold last digits would date. If three #'s first two are week of year last one is last # of year. Ex. 069 would be the 6th week of '79 '89 '99. If four digits would be ex. 0413 would be 4th week of 2013. The change was at the end of 1999. If no date code get the serial # and call Coker tire they are producing new stock. Hope this helps..
