Now how did you manage that? Some of us are old, we still don't have a Bee! LoL

Good job! I love seeing young people in the hobby.

Always loved bee's, especially 69. Payed 2000 for a rolling shell, needs just tiny patching near drivers feet. No other body work. 383 engine complete minus sir cleaner. Another 383 engine block. Grill, bezels, trim.... Thought I did good

Sounds like the standard car, it still sounds cool though. I would really like pictures, and a description as to how you came across the car

I'll post pics when I figure out how. Just on kijiji. American car from North Carolina area

When I figure out how to upload pics, I will. I'm new to here. Found it on kijiji in Cambridge ontario. American car. Built in St. Louis and came from around North Carolina

Liam - you'll find working on these old Mopars can be hard work, but it's all pretty straight forward. DON'T. GIVE. UP.

You'll learn as you go.

My first car was a big block too! Welcome to the hobby!

That's pretty cool. Fourteen and already have your first muscle car. Just so you know we did a poll on what was the most popular bee and 69 was the run away winner. You've got yourself a car there my friend. And from what you say it's a heck of a value as well for $2000.

By by the time you get your drivers license you'll have some rolling thunder under your feet. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

Welcome to the brotherhood and good score! Let's see those pic's. :headbang:

Pics tomorrow hopefully. Just a rolling shell right now plus parts laying around

If it's from NC it can't be to bad. That's Gods country, congrats on a good find

Your car isn't super rare by any means, but still a great car. What is rare is a kid from your generation getting away from video games and social media for a bit. Willing to get your hands dirty to learn about/enjoy these awesome old cars from the past. My hats off to you. Welcome to the site and be sure to start a thread on your restoration so we can all follow along.

From one young gun to another welcome its rare for a teen to not only like a mopar but to own one way better then a mustang or Camaro good luck!

Hey Liam, Welcome to the club... the MOPAR club!

Your car sounds awesome, this forum is a great source of information for any type of question you can think of, so don't be afraid to ask.

All your friends will soon be so jealous of your 69 Bee, just wait, the first thing they will say is: "What kind of car is that?", and your gonna say: "What your looking at there my friend is one of the most bad-*** cars on the road, that is a 1969 Dodge SuperBee!"... There eyes will open a little wider, they'll look away, then look at the car again, and say: "WOW, I never knew a car that old could be so COOL!"

I bought a 67 Dodge Coronet 2 years ago and called my son Tyler (15 at the time) before we picked it up, I said: "Lookup 67 Dodge Coronet on the internet", he wasn't too interested until we got the car home and he saw in person the awesomeness of the Mopar in person! To say the least he is hooked now.

Have fun Liam! That's what its all about!

Welcome Liam, your car sounds like it can be a very nice car. I to would like to see some pics. I also would like to say it's great that you are taking interest in an old Mopar! and you have great taste in cars!! I think you will enjoy this hobby!

Kevin
