Welcome from CT. Sharp looking Coronet red/white great contrast. Is your top white. My convertible is red/gold with black top.

Welcome to FBBO from Ontario. That is a beautiful '66 Coronet you have, in a wonderful colour combination. However, your engine is not what I picture as a Max Wedge. The Maxie was Dodge's hard core Super Stock motor with dual offset carbs on a cross ram intake manifold, huge sweeping exhaust manifolds, and solid lifters. At the same time, a 426 Street Wedge was also avaiable. This was really just a big 383 with single 4 barrel and hydraulic lifters. I had one of these in a 1964 Polara 500 convertible, and dressed it up with a 2x4 inline intake like yours.
First picture is 426 Street Wedge, with '62 Chrysler 300H intake and carbs, from my "64 Polara 500.
Second picture is 413/426 Max Wedge from friend's '62 Dart.
I am not trying to bust your chops, here. Just friendly education of Mopar-specific jargon, as
Moparedtn did to your use of "posi" (GM term), instead of "SureGrip". A free perk you get for joining up with us! LOL
