I tried searching around and the info is overwhelming and contradictory to say the least.
I'm looking at some 17x9 rims. I would like to run at least a 275 maybe a 285 with a 60 or 65 sidewall. Radials since this will be a mostly street car i.e. 90% street. (let me know if these sizes are off base)
I plan on doing the full US Car Tool B body stiffening and probably the CalTracs on my 67 hardtop.
Realistically how much horsepower/torque could I put to the rear wheels without having major wheel spin. I would plan on deflating a bit if/when I go to the track.
Thanks. Just don't want to order wheels and find out the hard way.
