That's a really nice example except I'm not sure why the fender tag was left bare. Probably sell for over $100,000

Whatever you do, before plunking down any serious coin, make sure you know EXACTLY what you're getting.

Are there any A12 enthusiasts in FL? I would pay some one for their time and knowledge to inspect the car.

I myself recently learned about the tags on A12's, they were not painted:

I would suggest heading over to the A12 page for this, I have found the guys to be awesome there and helpful. I bet they already know the car.

As all has been posted above, make sure that someone with knowledge of these cars examines it if your paying top dollar for a correct car. These cars are very expensive if they are missing any of the unique parts if your goal is to have a correct original car.

If your ok with a reproduction hood or air cleaner assembly, carbs and intake, then those pieces will seriously impact the price of the car. These cars can be very well documented for correctness and that what separates the six figure cars from the others.

As others have stated, the A12 site is great place for information and if the car has been in circulation, there is a very good chance that the car has been reviewed and picked apart. If it is not a known piece, post a link to the car and the guys will let you know the positives and negatives of the car.

Kind B, I'm sure we'd all like to take a look at your B that's for sale. Can you post some photos and details? I did not see it in the classifieds.

This is/was a very high end build. If it matters to you, it was also hit VERY hard in the front and was sold at auction by Dennis Collins/Collins Bros out of Texas a little over a year ago. Yes, this car is documented on A12 Lift off site.
