I am also into guns. S&W model 29's because of Harry Callahan. So I am looking for the screwdriver that came with the gun.

Mine came with one in 1981, but the handle is fluted.

I was just showing that the price is ridiculous, I have the 29-2 and 29-3

In the mid 80s I owned a model 27 , purchased used, wood box , blue clothe lining, cleaning kit.
8 or 8 & 3/8" barrel.
Wish I still had that one.

You thought right.

Well, regarding firearms, nothing comes close to the value of class 3 firearms. And, overall, nothing comes close to the cost of a psycho woman.

Some people on ebay throw out insane prices for the hell of it hoping someone might pay it. I used to collect vintage military chrono watches and some post wild prices like $21,000...nah, I see why it's been posted for two years..

The problem is we compare to Chevy. Chevy did a good job in support to aftermarket. And being a simpler and somewhat cheaper design? It's tough to compete with "Most bang for your $$." As I tell my Chevy friends. Mopar is a bigger "Bang"

yeah a $139.99 or the Ones for $250 even worse
that is nucken' futs

even if it's for an org. N29 Smith & Wesson version

even if it was owned by Det. Callahan/Clint himself
I wouldn't ever pay that

Have owned 29’s and 27’s and sold both of them. Most manufactures are pricing themselves out of the market and ammunition is crazy to say the least. I have a few long guns and pistols I won’t shoot because I don’t want to use ammo.

I still shoot, have a range on my property. I hate the increase in ammunition prices, but regular shooting keeps the wife and I sharp and everyone else honest.

I have a private range to shoot at and while I have the ammo I will wait till I can pick up more. The weapons I need to depend on work just fine:thumbsup:
