Hey guys,

I bought these from a buddy for a good deal hoping to run, while a 440 block I hoped to use initially looked to be okay after a hone, the bores are too far gone for standard bore.

They were mounted to the rods, test fitted, and then a machinist friend said two of the holes wouldn’t seal and we’d need to bore it .030 over.
Comes with brand new rings, can let the LY rods they’re mounted to go with them for $280 plus shipping or just the pistons for $180.

I would also consider to trade for some .030 over KB 240s for a 451 build, but I’d also want some good pics and for us to communicate via phone to make sure everyone’s on the same page.

I looked them up and these retail for around $470, I’m. Hoping these will help someone out with a better block than me. I’m just trying to recoup what I’ve got in them. These are brand new pistons, never run... only assembled to the point I determined they wouldn’t work for me with the block, and I can’t find an affordable block locally that is clean enough to hone and run.

If you look into these, they’re great for a higher compression 440 rebuild (thats how I planned to use them), or I’ve even read the can be used on an over bored 426 Hemi build

Thanks for your interest.

nix on the hemi , they wouldn`t have enough comp. to run at all -----------

You may have read about a bored 426 WEDGE. But that would take a really good 426 wedge block to work.

I'm interested! I just mocked up my 440 shortblock and measured my stock pistons were 0.150" in the hole and was only going to give me 7.8:1 CR. These pistons look like they'll give me 10.5:1 which would be ideal!

I'll send you a PM.
