ID Steel Rim

Greetings, looking at my spare in the trunk the black steel rim is marked as the following:

Part # 2944236
Stampings: M30 1 (Valve Stem) 19

Can anyone verify date and size of rim and if this is for a 1970 B body. .

Also, without broadcast sheet is there any other sure way of telling what your car came with from the factory with as far as the 4 road wheels.

I do not have the broadcast sheet.

January 19, 1970. 14x5.5 Black paint. Would indicate that the car came with magnums or 14" rallye's. I discovered this after a 2 minute internet search, so it may well be incorrect.
