OK, this is the last one. Like the others, I have no idea what it is. The thumb screw opens the two halves at the end, and it is swaged in so it tightens shut instead of backing out the screw.

Kinda looks like a window screen tool. I think the thumb screw is to replace the little roller blade that is missing in the pic. Just a guess????
 
I`ve seen them its for spreading but have not been able to pin it yet still looking in the barn ,but I did find a tool that I for got pipe pliers long lost
 
Pretty sure it's a leather working tool, a skiving tool?
