Idler Arm ID

i got the front end rebuild kit from Dr Diff and assumed I was getting the standard idler arm and not the fast. The old one is straight where this one has the offset like a think the fast arms have. Thoughts on the picture? If it is the fast, I assume that I must match up the pitman arm, both fast or both standard.

why are you asking here? call cass and ask him. You will get the right answer directly

The “fast” ratio arm is physically longer than the standard one. Compare the length with your old one. Shape will not affect anything, as long as it doesn’t have clearance issues anywhere.

no that is an idler arm, the pitman is on the steering box
