Inside door hardare

Will the inside door mechanism that the door handle attaches to and the rod that goes to the lock mechanism from a 67 B body work on a 68 - 70? Thanks in advance!

Not 100% sure but I think 67 stands alone ,68 is different again & 69 70 are interchangeable, just my 2 cents
