Is there a code or color number that best matches the Maroon (burgundy / red metallic) color interior of a 1967 Coronet 500?

Do you know a good supplier of interior vinyl where I can get several yards?

Legendary Interiors might sell additional yardage. I know SMS will. You might have to tell them what grain you need. You should be able to go on Legendary's website to see grain choices.
