PlastiKote T-37 Federal Gray, Rust-oleum Dove Grey is used on the mechanism and base or you can buy from a Mopar restoration place. Most use John Deere green for the hook it's close but not exact.. The mast is plated.

 

There's also a rectangular sticker on the jack base that says Caution Follow Jacking Instructions. Year One has them for $10

 

They fade a lot and again it's what most use since it's close and easily available. You can see these old 71 RR hooks I have all wearing original paint the different shades. The biggest difference is the 3rd green hook it's a Canadian hook and has a different color than most. The first 2 match JD green pretty well. Even have a pic of my older JD for comparing color..
