Oddly enough we had the CBS evening news on and filling in for Nora O'Donnell was James Brown.

No doubt one of the greatest running backs of all time. In my humble opinion not the greatest football player of all time as some ascent. There were many better in other positions. Ole Jim, however may have been one of the most prolific wife/women beaters of all time tho. I don’t care how great your were on the gridiron - that’s way out of bounds for any man - Even the great Jim Brown. In todays World he wouldn’t have even lasted his 9 yrs - indefinite suspensions for personal conduct violations x (?). Back then they got away with that ****. A major stain on his legacy that the NFL is still sweeping under the rug.
