My Dad may have been tired of driving his '71 Satellite (dealer demo) to/from work because it didn't have air conditioning. So, he finds a used car advertised for sale in the newspaper. I go with him to look at it and oh no! The seller is a small rental car company near downtown Richmond. Oh no, not that car! It's ugly inside and out. Really ugly...it's hideous. It has zero redeeming qualities. I'm now contemplating running away from home. I would rather be on the streets alone and hungry than be seen riding, much less driving this thing. I tried to get my Dad to keep looking for something/anything different, but this car had air conditioning and I suppose the price must have been right. Ok, maybe air conditioning and the right price were its redeeming qualities. Dang, he bought it!
