Just venting...

She has dementia so she thinks she has a cold, I do all I can but at times I have to find a quiet place and just cry. I do all I can to bring a smile to her face, special meals and desserts and gifts help bring that smile. Just too much to deal with at times, thank you for your prayers.
Man oh man, your comment touched my soul.... I can't imagine how tough that is...
I only have to watch the poor sick kids at Shriners to make me realize I have it pretty good.......

It must be running in the FBBO family. Mom passed away a couple weeks ago. She was 95 and had a good run. Her funeral is this Saturday. My wife got bad news from her doctor a few weeks ago. Breast cancer! Bad news happens in 3's. I don't want any more!

Just ordered up new solenoids (Overdrive/lockup wiring harness), Governor solenoid, governor pressure sensor, speed sensor.
A Trans go 48RE-HD2 shift kit. The heavy duty towing version. It is more than the basic kit, but less than the Pro kit.
Got the Sonnax Regulated lube pressure valve, manual valve, and 4 spool switch valve.
Also got the Sonnax billet dual ring Accumulator and Front super hold servo Kit with a heavy duty band strut.
I found several knock offs of the servos for less, but skipped on them. Anyone use these knock off servos?

Also got a Trans tec rebuild gasket kit, and ATSG transmission manual.
And a TTVA motor if I need it.
It adds up quick. $754.30 into the valve body and servos, not including the rear servo.

So sorry to hear this. It is painful to lose a parent, no matter how ripe of an old age they reached. Peace and prayers coming your way.
