Later B Bodies with Side Exhaust?

Maybe your body guy can cut some t-tops in it while we're at it. :) (just jokin, to each his own)

Sidepipes... Don't do it, But it's your car, do what you please...

Not my cup of tea, I don't like them at all, on any of the Mopars shown here, including the original...

IMHFO they just look wrong, too short, come out in the wrong place & out of place period, ruins the body lines on the side, takes away any ground clearance...

I think they look great on a T-Bucket/Roadster or a Vette that they could come equipped with or up-to the 70's styles {even Camaro's if they are the right style & years}, but not on Mopars...

Except Vans maybe & only if they are the right length/style... Looks hokey otherwise

FYI
I found those pictures in a Google search. They are a not part of my collection!

And I do have to agree they are not for a mopar and they do kinda look better on the Gm products. IMO

Those pics are just too rad for these people!!

Side pipes were made for certain cars and look right and good on them, our cars just weren't made for them.

Side pipes were very popular back in the 1970's. Wasn't just a Chevy thing either. I remember guys installing them on everything. Certain year Corvettes had factory installed. Amc offered them. Seems to me there was a Dodge Aspen or Plymouth Volare that had a sport package that included them. They are not uncommon and if you're doing a "period correct" type of ride, hey they look good on certain rides.Heck you can still buy them!

If you were doing a resto mod to somehow make it look built into the car like this. Might look cool... Might
