I hear Saudi Arabia actually pays their people, and they hardly work.
I'm not that open minded to even travel there, but that must be a pretty damn stress-free life.
Bring your Mopar, plenty of cheap fuel too.

They’re working out a payment plan at the bank right now, something about $20 a month for the next gazillion years.

We borrow money from China so we can give it to.... China.... WTF!!!

That debt clock has been doing that for many years and doesn't appear to have slowed any. Wonder if it will ever turn around.

US debt doesn't look so bad compared to Japan. Still bad though!

Only paying the interest for many years with no principal buy down is going to become a big issue soon.

It's not a Republican or Democrat issue, either. It is irresponsible leaders in our government who have been writing checks that can't be cashed since the Regan administration.

Which is why I voted for Ross Perot...

Which is why I voted for Ross Perot...
I did too. Trouble is I feel he siphoned off the potential votes for Bush and Clinton won. I remember this event clearly as this was the first presidential election I decided to partake in.

Not political, history.... Ross with all his charts & graphs may have been a bit different but he wasn't wrong.... I've tried to live my life free of Debt, the country should do the same...

Debt clock is kind of a joke. We were WAAAAY past being able to pay it back 25 years ago...

Ross Perot same here, I was a principled young man
thought he was the best & most qualified

It handed it to Slick Willy Clinton too,
because many of the real fiscal truly conservatives
voted for Ross Perot, unfortunately not enough of US
to win any election

IMO it shows a 3rd party candidate can't win
& probably never will either, no matter the qualification or support
unfortunately, we have a 2 party system
or a spineless & ballless Uni-party gloablist system in certain years

GHW Bush 'read my lips'/lied,
should have known he was the former head of the CIA
(trained hibitual liars)
he went back on almost all his promises
he was handed great policies & he failed
he started that quagmire of a war (20 years now) in the middle east
he showed his true RINO globalist stripes, this last election too
albeit at the time I completely backed the Desert Storm action
get in get out, org. strategy, to help Kuwait, deal with Sadam Hussein
the **** to occupy Iraq, is where he went really wrong...

My 1st ever Presidential vote was 1980 election for Reagan
I had just turned 21 that July
like 10's of millions all around the US, landslide
I didn't agree with everything he did, but he did love
& did not attempt to destroy the USA or give it away
he protected our American values & the constitution...
Lead by strength...

I was only 17, Nov 1976, still in HS 1st semester of my senior year
when the Peanut-Idiot won

Yep the two party system is responsible for degrading our country. We settle for the lesser of two evils especially when it comes to senators and congressmen.
