leaf spring perch

does the 68-70 b body (70 superbee) use a pad between the leaf spring and the perch?

Seems like one of the cars that I've done did. 67 Camaro, 71 Cuda, or the 70 Coronet

Not from the factory. 1973 up had rubber in there.
